Leminstrong Services was founded in 2018 by four Nigerian professionals — a chartered accountant, a corporate lawyer, an HR consultant, and a business strategist — who'd spent years at Big Four firms watching SMEs get priced out of senior advisory and pushed toward fragmented freelance options. We built the firm we wished SMEs had access to: senior expertise across registration, compliance, accounting, HR, legal, and strategy, retainer pricing that fits SME budgets, and operations grounded in Lagos.
How we work with SMEs
Every client engagement starts with a discovery consultation to map what your business actually needs versus what it doesn't. We're explicit when an engagement isn't worth taking on. Retainer engagements include quarterly business reviews to adjust scope as your business evolves; one-off engagements are scoped tightly and priced upfront.
How our team is structured
Our four founding partners cover the core disciplines — accounting, legal, HR, and strategy — supported by a team of senior associates and specialist consultants on retainer. Engagements are led by a named partner with named team members; you'll know who's working on what, not just 'a team will handle it.'
