Do you only work with established companies?
No. We work with companies from registration through scale. New business setup (CAC, TIN, VAT registration) is one of our most common engagements. We won't take on engagements where the business isn't ready for what we're being asked to do; we'll tell you upfront.
Can I retain you for ongoing compliance and accounting?
Yes. Our annual compliance retainer covers CAC returns, monthly tax filings (VAT, PAYE, WHT), bookkeeping, and ongoing compliance support. Suitable for SMEs without in-house compliance or finance staff. Retainer scope is reviewed quarterly and can scale as your business grows.
How fast can you register a new Nigerian company?
Typical timeline is 4-6 weeks from initial consultation to fully registered company with bank account opened. Faster timelines are sometimes possible — we'll quote realistically based on CAC and FIRS turnaround times at the time of engagement.
